I suddenly realised that I was hearing bird song for the first time in years!

I walk the dog every single morning for about an hour, because he likes going out and I need the exercise, and I suddenly realized that I was hearing bird song for the first time in years. And I thought this is doing something for me that it hasn’t done before.

When I first decided that I needed to have my ears tested and checked to see if I could get help, I was delighted when I went to the shop and found an audiologist there who was very attentive, and I was impressed in fact with the service I got.

I don’t think that there is any cause for people to be embarrassed anymore. And to be honest, the age grouping is extending. We are all living longer. Many more people are wearing hearing aid these days, of all types. So I don’t think there is any need for embarrassment anymore.
